The President of the club oversees the operation of the club and provides guidance and direction to the rest of the officers in the executive committee. Additionally, the President opens and closes every meeting.

The VPE takes care of the educational aspects of the Toastmasters Club, which includes scheduling speeches with members and keeping track of their Pathways levels progress. Additionally, the VPE team invites guest speakers to deliver sharing speeches and presentations, and also prepares the weekly meeting agenda.

The VPM is responsible for connecting with guests attending the meetings and explaining the process of becoming a member. The VPM team also keeps track of membership renewal for existing members, and even organizes various events such as club outings.

The VPPR handles external communication and manages club’s online presence on the web and on various platforms like WeChat and LinkedIn. The VPPR team is also responsible for creating the meeting posters promoting every meeting.

The SAA keeps track of all the club’s physical properties such as the banner, the gavel, the computer, and various meeting materials. The SAA starts every meeting with a brief reminder about meeting etiquette. The SAA team prepares the facility for meetings and obtains a new meeting space when needed.

The Secretary is responsible for communicating with the Toastmasters area and district management and also maintains all club records, files, documents, and correspondence.

The Treasurer manages the club’s finances, collects membership fees and meeting attendance payments, and uses the club’s budget to rent meeting space, pay for drinks and snacks, as well as subsidize events organized by the club.
