Meeting 972
May 6, 2026
What does it actually take to lead across cultures? Is it something you can learn from a textbook, or is it forged in the heat of real-world experience?
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming keynote speaker, Alejandra Mendoza, a powerhouse leader who transitioned from a Toastmasters newcomer in Shanghai (2021) to a force of nature in the international leadership scene.
Alejandra’s journey is a masterclass in growth and impact:
*Toastmasters Excellence: Completed two Pathways (SR & PM), served as Club President and VPPR, and is an Area-level Speech Champion.
*Community Architect: In 2025, she successfully reinvigorated the Spanish Speaking Community and founded the Association of Hispanic Women—a premier incubator for “Intercultural Leaderships.”
What Will You Learn:
*The Blueprint: Who exactly can become an Intercultural Leader? (Hint: It’s more accessible than you think!)
*The Skillset: Practical strategies to develop and sharpen your own Intercultural Leadership skills in any environment.
In a marathon and in your career, the finish line is reached through preparation and persistence.
